Your dream garden created with less energy with us, it is possible !

We will help you to implement your dream garden, environmentally friendly, using fewer energy resources.  Managing the garden in accordance with the rules invented by man is a laborious, time-consuming and expensive job. We are used to changing nature and adapting it to our needs. It will be much easier if we respect the laws of nature and try to make the most of the resources it provides. That is why when creating gardens, we take into account the principles of organic gardening, we advise our clients on how to use them best to implement your dream garden.
"I propose to integrate organic and parmiculture principles for all well-known Japanese, French, English, modern and contemporary garden styles. In order to speak one language, I propose my simplified classification and understanding of styles."
Egle Demeilliers

Japanese Garden

The Japanese garden aims to replicate nature, sometimes a specific landscape. The purpose of creating such a garden is to achieve the feeling that man is part of nature, because the ancient Chinese believed in the gods of nature. Aesthetics and intrigue are very important goals. All places in the garden, from any point of view, must be beautiful and at the same time intriguing. They must invite the visitor for a walk and explore new corners of the garden. Places are created for relaxation and meditation. The Japanese garden is rich in symbolism, for example, carp in the pond is a symbol of strength and perseverance; stones – spirits live in them; entrance gates – denotes functional boundary, etc. The main focus of the homestead is the house, which the garden must emphasize. The tea rituals are very importent. A tea house, must be connected to the main building by a tea garden and the pond. The bridge connecting two banks or an island. A water pond occupies a very important place in the Japanese garden, it can contain an island or a floating island prepared on the basis of a raft. The water source can be dry, poured from pebbles or rubble. Only natural materials are used in these gardens. There are many symbolic sculptures: lanterns, pagodas, stone compositions. There is absolutely no symmetry and straight lines.

French Garden

The main purpose of the French garden is to create beauty. It's very theatrical. This style is characterized by the symmetry of the garden plan and paths, labyrinths, tree alleys, parters of clear geometric shapes with annual flowers, vegetables, there may be a rubble instead. The terrain isn't the same level often, stairs are installed, the garden is terraced in order to give it expressiveness. Pruned trees and shurbs are dominating, short-mowed lawns, which create a sense of rigor. Fountains, water cascades, sculptures give the park a sense of playfulness and luxury. In a French park, creating a sense of perspective is a very important aspect. Such gardens require a lot of care, since hedgerows and figuratively cut plants predominate, annual plants need to be replanted every year. They are suitable for palaces or estates with a large plot of land near the manors and castles. In the private garden the mood of the french style can be created by the lawn and symmetrically arranged pots with plants. If we install only a parterre flower garden without symmetry and we will put the sculptures, we will get a garden of the Renesanco epoch. If the garden is a place for reflection, and the sculptures are symbolic, then we will get a Roman style garden.

English Garden

The creators of an English-style garden recognize the beauty of natural nature, but they believe that the artist can improve it. The landscape architect looks at the garden as in the painting where he develope strokes of color and proportions. It has 3 plans: the nearest, second (often a pond) and the background (natural nature). It is dominated by sleek, but artificially created forms of paths, groups of plants, pond. Mood – romantic, poetic, created on the basis of benches, fountains and other elements of small architecture. The private gardens are dominated by mixborders near the fence, which contain all three plants levels: trees, shrubs, perennial flowers. They can be framed with edging. A necessary attribute is a short-cut lawn, which contrasts with free-growing herbaceous plants, rose garden. In such a garden, the change of seasons is very pronounced, since a large variety of plant varieties, many evergreen plants predominate. It is constantly blooming. In public parks, the rock is a common attribute. This style of garden is perfectly applied on both small and large plots of land. The growth of flowers is limiting, they are not allowed to expand.

Modern garden

The modern style garden complements the architecture of the building. Its lines and shapes are replicated, the same materials are used, often natural – wood and stone. Plants are planted, undemanding to care, usually of the local climate, and variety of plants varieties is avoided. These gardens are dominated by straight lines and clear shapes, fountains are distinguished by the same character. The modern garden is in stark contrast to the English (romantic) garden. You will not find here antique or old furniture and the roses gardens. Modernism is a proponent of bright colors and shocking elements. Furniture and other elements of small architecture should be corresponding.

Contemporary garden

The principle of the ecological garden is very simple – to work with nature, not against her, and to create a beautiful and sustainable garden all over the year. The ideal ecological garden is just the nature. This phrase is suitable for those who agree that natural nature is perfect, since it is a refuge for all varieties of plants and animals, especially insects. Watering is natural – rain water, plants grow under the most suitable conditions and fertilizers are natural, chemicals aren't used to improve soil and eliminate diseases and pests. Mature trees with unlimited crowns are very welcome in eco-friendly gardens, as the leaves produce oxygen and clean air from CO2. For the same reason, people are encouraged to use garden tools that do not pollute the air and do not damage the structure of the earth. We tend to adapt the natural environment to our own needs and comfort primarily for safety reasons (e.g. ticks breed in uncut grass), beauty (if we want to create additional flowerbeds or flowering shrubs and groups of trees near our homes) or simply to cultivate our own vegetables and fruits. Thus, the principles of ecological gardening can be applied to all garden styles, it is simply necessary to choose plants that are adaptable to the local climate, ideally to plant local plants. Before planting them it is importent to respect cardinal directions, soil structure, pH and yield, also taking into account the speed of growth and the space occupied in time. Use only environmentally friendly pesticides, fungicides or insecticides. These measures may include: crop rotation as a way to improve soil; planting aromatic plants near more sensitive, prone to sick plants as a means against pests; use of manure or compost, mulching with the cut lawn – as a fertilizer; weeding or planting lower plants near big ones as a herbicide, etc. It is very important to have an environmentally friendly lawn, i.e. a lawn that does not need to be fertilized or sprayed with chemicals. It can be a naturally growing cut meadow with deliberately planted creeping or low-rise herbaceous plants, in order to cover problem areas or simply to give colors. In an organic meadow there may also be bulbous plants. Flowerbeds from wild flowers are also very welcome.

In an organic meadow there may also be bulbous plants. Flowerbeds from outdoor flowers are also very welcome.

Parmulture style garden

The principles of parmiculture are very similar to the principles of an ecological garden, just here the beauty isn't a priority at all. It is a new branch of agriculture and horticulture that respects the diversity of plants and animals, conserves energy resources, seeks to manage without waste, does not use chemicals for plant care, and collects and uses rainwater. Here the garden is designed to grow vegetables and fruits and aims to minimize energy resources, even the distances to the kitchen-garden. So there is no surprise that you will have a vegitables and fruits instead of a beautiful flower garden or meadow for playing with the ball.

Gallery
